Livie Ava Byrd

Livie Ava Byrd is a Mixed Media Artist.

Livie is the creator and owner of
Fully Loaded Hearts.
Fully Loaded Hearts is a fun and rascally shop that features handmade cards and handcrafted gifts.
It has been featured on BuzzFeed and has shipped to folks around the world.

She is a graduate of the
Savannah College of Art and Design.
There she studied Production, Costume,
and Set Design with additional emphases in
Film and Video Production and Computer Art.

Music plays a huge role in Livie’s life and many of her pieces display her love of music.

Livie recently had a showcase in the February Boro Art Crawl in Murfreesboro, TN.

She had a showcase in October's Franklin Art Scene in Franklin, TN.

Her painting “Wanted” was previously on display
at the Corsair Distillery Headquarters in Nashville, TN.

Livie is featured in the Sunset Strip Gibson GuitarTown exhibition.
Her Guitar can currently be seen at its placement on Sunset Blvd
in front of Hart Park.
{Which is just to the east of the Sunset Tower Hotel
8358 Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069 and across the street from Saddle Ranch.}
It was previously on display as the sole GuitarTown representative in the Jack Daniel’s Legends Lounge, the private VIP lounge for the Sunset Strip Music Festival {SSMF},
at the Andaz West Hollywood.

Her works have previously been on display at The Roxy Theatre, On the Rox,
The Green Dragon Public House, Andaz West Hollywood, Cowan Entertainment,
the Corsair Distillery Headquarters, The Central Restaurant,
and at the Sunset Strip Music Festival.
  Artist Statement  

I work in many different mediums from 3D mixed media to oil paint.
A background in theatre production and costume design has led to a love of the ornate and decorated. I believe in always taking time to make something beautiful, because one day it will make someone, somewhere, happy. Part of my heart and mind is in every piece I create. 

Music heavily influences my work. My portfolio includes paintings that bring to life the song lyrics of some of my favorite artists including Roxy Music, Nick Cave, and Bob Dylan. My 3D flower pieces further visually express my passion towards and love of music.
Those pieces incorporate physical flowers, guitar picks, and speakers. 

In a different vein are my calls for revolution pieces. The signature red paint statement pieces serve as rallying cries that we cannot remain uninformed, uninvolved and unconcerned. Visual art is my outlet to express all the thoughts and emotions of an introverted artist trying to find beauty and peace in a world filled with oppression, frustration,
and mixed messages.

Livie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media and Performing Arts
from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Her concentration was in Production, Costume and Set Design with additional emphases in
Film and Video Production and Computer Art.

Livie recently received her Master of Business Administration from
Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
Her concentration was in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change.
Her academic performance earned an invitation and induction to Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS).
BGS is an International Honor Society for business students that encourages
and honors outstanding academic achievement in the study of business.
BGS has chapters at only the top 5% of business programs,
and only the top performing scholars from those programs are invited.
