I was responsible for leading a region of a company through the completion of a new learning initiative.
The training was time sensitive, and my region included several states that I would not have the opportunity to visit in person.
To increase competition and incentivize participation, I have selected a fun name not only for the region, but also for each location.
This helped promote some healthy competition between the locations.

My team successfully finished the program with a 93% completion rate, which put us in 2nd place in North America.
